Le Laurier - Sleeps 6

A beautifully restored former winemaker's ('regisseur') apartment set out on two floors (125 sq. metres) with central heating.

Ground Floor

• Living/dining room with satellite TV, DVD player and a radio-CD player and fireplace.
  Double French doors open to the terrace to the south, overlooking the swimming pool.
  Another door, being the main entrance, leads to a terrace at the courtyard.
  Dining table sits 6/8 people.
• Open kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, hob, oven and a fridge/freezer.
• Separate toilet in hall, which leads to first floor.

First floor

Spacious landing with walls restored in the original way ('pierres apparantes').

• First bedroom (18 sq. metres) with two single beds and a wardrobe.
