A spacious and very private ground floor apartment (145 sq. metres) with individual entrance. The gite has been recently renovated and decorated to the highest standards.
- Sitting/dining room (60 sq. metres) with satellite TV, DVD player and a radio-CD player.
Dining table sits 8 people with candlelight above. Two antique small cupboards match well with the other furniture and the large yellow painting on canvas by a regional painter. - Master bedroom (40 sq. metres) with open fireplace, engraved with the year 1790, probably the year the property has been built.
Queen size bed (160 x 200) and convertible couch for two.
Wardrobe, table with chairs, TV set and video. - Second bedroom (16 sq. metres) with queen size bed (160 x 200) and wardrobe. An additional bed for 1 person is available on request.
- Independent large kitchen, fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, hob, oven, fridge/freezer and all the other things you need to make your stay comfortable.
- Bathroom with bath and shower.
- Separate toilet.
- Hall, which leads to covered terrace and the courtyard.
Both the living room and master bedroom have French doors, which give access to the gite's private terrace to the south.
